The little lighthouse is at the Muncie Sailing Club on the Prairie Creek Reservoir a few miles southeast of Muncie, Indiana. The Prairie Creek Reservoir is a 3 ½ mile long lake that serves as a water supply for the area. The lighthouse was built in 1997 in the memory of Charles Cooper, a local outdoorsman.
The Lighthouse Hunters Experience:
We had some trouble finding this place at first. I knocked on the door of the building to find everyone inside having a meeting. They told me to feel free and take photos. The area had a beautiful view overlooking the water.
